How the weekly boss works
The boss is derived from the date, not a database: its element, doctrine, level and seed come from the ISO week number. Everyone faces the same dragon until the next Monday.
The fight is asynchronous, like the arena: you don't play the turns, you set the doctrine and the AI applies it. The engine is deterministic, so at equal seed the fight replays identically and the win rate above is verifiable.
The elemental counter helps, but the level gap and the boss's elite bonus matter more: a dragon that's too weak loses even with the right element. That's where training your real dragon makes the difference.
