Terms of Service

By playing Dragotchi, you accept these terms.

1. The service

Dragotchi is a free dragon breeding browser game with an asynchronous battle arena. The game account is personal.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. A single account per person is recommended. Any abusive behavior (cheating, exploiting bugs, multi-accounting to skew the leaderboard) may result in account suspension.

3. Gems and purchases

Gems are an internal virtual currency with no real monetary value and are non-refundable outside the statutory right of withdrawal. They are used only for cosmetic or convenience perks (boosters, stable slots, skins). The game remains fully playable without any purchase.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We strive to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be free of all interruptions. Game data may change with balancing updates.
